Defrosting is not necessary.
In the oven: Preheat the oven to 200ºC, remove the packaging and place on a tray in the middle of the oven for 20/25 minutes until the lasagne turns the golden brown or as desired.
In the microwave (800 W): Place the product in a suitable container (removing the aluminium tray) and heat on maximum power for approximately 7/10 minutes.
