Description
At Maheso we were the first to make Mini Croquettes; that?s why they carry our name! The mini ham croquettes are perfect for nibbles, a delicious temptation that no-one can resist.
Preparation
Defrosting is not necessary.
Fry the croquettes directly in the pan or deep fryer in plenty of very hot oil (190ºC) for 1.5 to 2 minutes until they are golden brown.
